Tiffany Smith

Tiffany Smith — who also writes and brands her work as "Missional Mayhem" and is occasionally bylined TD Smith — is a Southern Baptist missiologist, missional strategist, leadership developer, and writer who has spent more than two decades mobilizing leaders at local and global levels. A Texas native with what she calls "a deep love for living the sent life," her vocation began overseas: roughly two years as an International Mission Board (IMB) missionary in Japan ignited a lifelong commitment to multiplying disciples and engaging the nations, a commitment that has shaped every role since.
